I attended my first Stampin' Up! party when I lived in Northern Minnesota more than 20 years ago. (That was when demonstrators just "showed" you the product. You didn't get to touch anything! I love it that now we get to "play" with everything.)
At that first party, the stamping looked fun, but I felt I lacked the talent to create anything handmade. (After all, when I was growing up, my mom hid the glue bottle from me!). But the demonstator was so kind. She said, "It's homemade; it doesn't have to be perfect." That was when I took the leap, ordered supplies and began my stamping journey.
After being a dedicated Stampin' Up! customer for more than 18 years, I invested my time and energy to become a demonstrator in November of 2010. I truly enjoy gathering to create cards and projects.
I love sharing the art of rubber stamping and invite you to attend one of my many monthly stamping classes held at my home in Mesa, Arizona.
When I'm not stamping or scrapping, I work as a freelance writer and enjoy reading, walking and traveling. My husband is retired and our son attends college and works in Arizona.
